The not-dusting upside was not something that I had thought of... :)
I love your recipes--you make using your food storage look easy, so thanks again for sharing--and thanks for your comment!Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08264276199843769399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1859227664304693752.post-78778714505304301512008-10-08T00:51:00.000-06:002008-10-08T00:51:00.000-06:00Since I mostly stick to recipes of how to use your...Since I mostly stick to recipes of how to use your foodstorage on my blog I will probably never cover the storing and other parts of food storage. This is great. Just so you know even though I do have a garage with room I still have about every nook and cranny throughout my house storing something. It's hard to imagine what a one year supply of food looks like when looking at numbers on a paper, but I can assure you it's going to take space and your going to start cutting the frivolus things you buy not because of budget, but because you need the space to put your food storage in and not your knick knacks. Honestly it saves a lot of dusting:)SJacobushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/18403735913397481663noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1859227664304693752.post-10049179720826994792008-10-06T13:12:00.000-06:002008-10-06T13:12:00.000-06:00Chris--Our stove will arrive and be installed on T...Chris--Our stove will arrive and be installed on Thursday, and we are very excited about it! It is getting colder here, so we should be able to put it to use in short order. We're not so excited about how much wood we'll probably need--we probably have underestimated--but we really appreciate the heads-up on that and the info in your comment and blog posting. Good luck with those baby goats!

Riverwalker--I appreciate your comment. I read about your idea with the closet shelving, and I should see if that would work for us. I really have found a lot of good ideas and info from other blogs, and like to point them out to others so that they can know where to look at what I have mentioned, as well as in the future. Thanks for sharing!Mariehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/08264276199843769399noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1859227664304693752.post-72284707279838501112008-10-04T06:24:00.000-06:002008-10-04T06:24:00.000-06:00Thank you Marie for the kind words and the link. Don't sell yourself short either as read many good things on your site as well. I too learn new things from others and find it enjoyable when I run across something new and different.

Riverwalkerriverwalkerhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01575212890278793911noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-1859227664304693752.post-85375564932635940922008-10-02T18:44:00.000-06:002008-10-02T18:44:00.000-06:00I think I learn something from every blog that I r...I think I learn something from every blog that I read. I love that I can learn from people around the world, and am constantly surprised by the small, patently logical ideas that I havent thought of myself appearing on one blog or another!

Blessings:)Anonymousnoreply@blogger.com
