Your BYs may be more valuable now...

...if you bought the same kind of "dinner soups" (don't add water type) that I did at the end of last year. What was about $1.50 a can is now $1.98 a can in our neighborhood. It may not sound like that big of a leap, but it all adds up--hope it is better where you live. And if it was always more expensive for you, it makes me wonder how expensive it is for you now...

This weekend is the U.S. Postal Service food drive in our area, so they left us a bag to leave food out in tomorrow. If you have any BYs that you decide you don't want, or can spare a couple of cans of food that you just have around the house, I'm sure they would appreciate your donation. It's just getting more and more expensive out there.

Hope everyone is still finding a way to put a little food away every once in a while--you could always start now with BYs for this year. :) Scary that it would appear that prices will only continue to go up, so buying now is money ahead for later...
